[Accessibility] parking spaces for disabled

just a quick note that might be of interests to subscribers of the
accessibility mailing list: my proposal for parking has bee approved.
the interesting part is, that it allows the mapping of individual
parking spaces and therefore allows a much more accurate mapping of
parking spaces for disabled (or any other special interest group). So
whenever you need to map such parking facilities, consider using the
new tags. Hopefully, in the future, navigation programs will use this
information for a much more accurate routing for disabled people.
