Hello list members,
it would be nice if you could provide us with some extra information like:
Do you have a project homepage?
What kind of feedback do you expect from this list?
If the project aims on web based applications,
whatfor do you want to create a separate iOS version?
What requirements do you have concerning the target group?
Which aspects of accessibility will you build in?

> Hi All,
> I would like to gather feedback from the group on creating reusable HTML 5
> widgets for use in web-based applications.
> My goals are as follows:
> 1. Use as much open data as possible.
> 2. Use as little bandwidth as possible.
> 3. Use ARIA live regions to announce street corners and crossings.
> 4. Provide turn by turn navigation with rerouting.
> 5. Have optional visual maps. Note: These can come later and the user
> should be able to enable or disable them at will to conserve bandwidth.
> 6. Announce a selectable list of points of interest, such as coffee shops
> or grocery stores.
> 7. Work across IOS at first, then expanding to Windows 8 and Android, with
> any other platform being considered as the need arises.
> Please provide any feedback you think may be valuable to this project,
> either on list or via direct E-mail contact.
