You may be interested in using the overpass-api.<br>
It should be fairly easy to query all osm attributes of a element
when you have type and ID already.<br>

Hello, I'm developing an application which searchs a place only
if it's suitable to be used with a wheelchair, so the place has
the tag [wheelchair=yes]. But using Nominatim API with
addressdetails=1 I can't know the access of the place. So, how
can I know it? using another MapQuest API?<br>
