Yep - whilst I understand Steve's point about too many people causing
problems, we saw last week that it does really need someone who can
stand in when people (ie me with www in this case) are away.

Preferably in different timezones. Have you guys invested the
possibility of SMS alert on critical system status? If these primary
and secondary sysadmin have sms alert activated, their response time
might be influenced positively. No more than 2 or 3 trusthworthy people
per server sounds perfect.<br>
