For the 22nd May Birmingham Workshop we have lots of web
developers. We have talks on better mapping, maps on websites, user
scenarios & OpenSatNav. Local government open data is covered.

Tickets
are nearly all gone, but we can release a few more for OSM people
giving a talk.

We would welcome talks by people
with experience of
Integrating recent Ordnance Survey releases
Creating
custom maps. For example
- Using Nominatim to find locations or to
do reverse geo-coding
- Cloudmade's style editor
- Create map
styles with mapnik
- Overlaying transparent map layers
- Using
XAPI and SSS for overlays
- Routing
More about mobiles

Plus
the hackspace: get together and build stuff on the day.

If
you can give a talk on these topics we don't want the cost of attending
to be a deterrent. If the cost of travel from London (say) is a
problem, we can fund you. We can pay travel costs for up to 4 OSM developers,
based on £32 day return. Or however far you can travel for 30 quid.

Send
a short description of what you would talk about in a 10 or 15 minute
presentation.

Thanks.
