requests to <a href="http://otile1.mqcdn.com/tiles/1.0.0/osm/8/126/87.png" class="external free" rel="nofollow">http://otile1.mqcdn.com/tiles/1.0.0/osm</a> from all clients is no more than 4,000 per second.
