There is already throttling based on other aspects of the requests to<br>
the tileservers (specifically, IP address). So you might be seeing<br>
that.<br>

Yep, the tileservers have been overloaded recently too. You're most<br>
likely to notice when you get slow or missing requests at high zoom<br>
levels.<br>
