<p>As the OH-Evaluator as a sub-project is probably starting
(nearly) from scratch, it doesn't make sense to require a
contribution to that, but instead to any of my (Java or android
projects in this case) projects or to JOSM. I've labelled some
issues as appropriate for Vespucci and will be adding more,
naturally increasing test coverage is nearly always welcome help
too. <br>
