When I launch util.index.php via a webbrowser, I have to stay connected until it finishs or the job is cancelled.<br>
So my question was, if there is another way to call it i.e. from commandline to start the import.<br>
Please correct me, if I'm wrong...<br>

</div>I'm not sure I've understand you. util.index.php just runs lots of<br>
updates on the database to cause it to index. The only advantage over<br>
running the queries directly is that util.index.php avoids some<br>
locking issues.<br>
