Currently all you need is node.js and Elasticsearch.<div><br></div><div>As for response times, it's difficult to say how response time will change once all your private data has been indexed. It will be a function of the amount of data and the density of data at any given location. </span>Nominatim is specifically made for importing and processing OpenStreetMap data.<br>
It is not designed to be used with other sources. There are other opensource<br>
geocoders which are better suited for use with data from multiple sources.<br>
Have a look at pelias[1] for example.<br>
