OSM file is not necessary at all when you deploy it, so no need to
do that<br>

Sure you can do it, but the reduction won't be huge. It would be
probably faster if one delta encodes the geometry within
graphhopper, which gives you even smaller reduction but when
reading external things on disc things can get slow.<br>
