I would like to ask if GH route instructions are fixed or we can
ask via the API e.g. without street names in them.<br>

For now I generate my own instructions from GraphHopper using its
sign ids.<br>
But it would be more safe if we can retrieve its official ones
with some optional modifications.<br>
