Unfortunately turn restrictions do not work for me.<br>
I'm using latest GraphHopper code, and the only options I have at
config.properties enabled are:<br>

graph.dataaccess=RAM_STORE<br>
prepare.chWeighting=no<br>
osmreader.wayPointMaxDistance=1<br>
graph.flagEncoders=car|turnCosts=true<br>

I see the new created file 'turnCosts' but when I try routing,<br>
the returned route does not seem to take account the TR, it uses
the paths like without them.<br>
<br>
I have not change anything in the graph read code.<br>
I can easily compare the routes with a custom OSRM server, using
their master code which has TR on.<br>
<br>
Any advice?<br>
