Essentially it's a post-import process during graph building that
makes routing faster, but plays with only one vehicle.<br>

And right now I think we cannot check a graph what features has
enabled.<br>
Only by opening and catching exceptions we can determine if CH is
on or off.<br>

href="https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/issues/285">issue</a>
for that.<br>

Maybe Peter can help more here, but the default settings for graph
creation is with them enabled.<br>
You need to study and change the config.properties file for
disabling them.<br>
