Graphs (or maps) do not contain all the original OSM information
for each element.<br>
The keep only what they need for their purpose, perform routing
(or map rendering).<br>

That's why Peter's advice is appropriate for these cases,<br>
any on top extra information retrieval could be handled via an
external DB structure.<br>
