The server is back online. Special thanks to Tim Waters, Sanjay Bhangar and Shekhar Krishnan for some serious help including a 3 hour marathon video conference and Topomancy for having paid the bills for so many years. OHM is currently hosted at the University of Waterloo.<br>

Everything seems to work, please report any problems on github [1] as we shakedown the system.<br>
<br>
Two caveats remain:<br>
a) The tile server is not updating automatically from edits, we'll fix that shortly.<br>
b) HTTPS is not available for either tiles or the server itself. There are a few problems that we can't work around, attempting to run an insurgency or a banking system on open historical map is thus not recommended.<br>
