OK going by the worst affected areas according to BBC
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-south-asia-10834414#worst_affected_areas)

So this area I found looks good:
http://edcsns17.cr.usgs.gov/cgi-bin/EarthExplorer/phtml/results/display_full.phtml?cseq=2071&entity_id=DZB00400700056H011001

Katie, I am happy to buy this after you and others have reviewed it
and think its going to be useful. Essentially I would imagine any
populated areas close to the banks of the Indus River in the NW region
is useful. We also have this flood hazard map from 2007 as a guide
http://www.reliefweb.int/rw/fullmaps_sa.nsf/luFullMap/04683811C4BA31A485257773006F3A57/$File/map.pdf?OpenElement

Let me know if you stumble upon better imagery
