The DLR-ZKI Shkoder flood map that includes OSM data can be seen there:<br>

Hopefully, rapid mapping agencies will work more and more with OSM. And
this will raise awareness that imagery and mapping data made available

Thanks for your email and sorry for my late answer as I was busy with
two rapid mapping activations.
Yes, the OSM data was very valuable for the Shoker maps and my
colleague told me that the accuracy, particularly in the city centre,
was very good.
