      I figure 4 main tasks<br>
      - Mapping the flood reach for reference in OSM<br>
      - Mapping alerts ( inundaciones2abril )<br>
      - Mapping La Plata infrastructure in OSM<br>
      - Providing OSM cartography to the entities that need it.<br>

      I did not contact the guys from inundaciones2abril, but I should,
      so an introduction would be nice.<br>
      I can help them to switch to OSM.<br>

      You can invite them to the local SotM
      (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://sotm.openstreetmap.org.ar">http://sotm.openstreetmap.org.ar</a>) where Séverin will be talking
      about HOT. We can use the mapathon to work over La Plata (the SotM
      -April 27th- is free of charge, sadly the FOSS4G is not).<br>
