<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div>Hi all,<br><br></div>I've sent an email 5 weeks ago, an other one 4 weeks ago, to the Imports mailing-list considering this import : <a href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import_SEN_ARD-STL_CSE_Saint-Louis" target="_blank">http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import_SEN_ARD-STL_CSE_Saint-Louis</a><br>
<br></div><div>This is the first <a href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/SEN_Imports" title="SEN Imports"> import for Senegal</a> done as a part of the <a rel="nofollow" class="" href="http://hot.openstreetmap.org/projects/senegal_0">HOT Senegal Project</a>.
 Its goal is to include the ARD-STL (Agence Régionale de Développement 
de Saint-Louis) & CSE (Centre de Suivi Ecologique) data for 
administrative boundaries and administrative centers for the region of 
Saint-Louis, <a href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Senegal" title="WikiProject Senegal"> Senegal</a> into OSM. 
<br><br></div>It has been really great to obtain this data from local authorities, knowing that this kind of data is habitually really hard to find for local students, NGOs, companies...and could be haggled in some regions.<br>
</div>New HOT field deployments begin in Senegal, Togo and Burkina Faso, with Senegalese volunteers, it could be great if this import sets a precedent quickly, helping volunteers to debate on this subject.<br><br>Without any answer, I don't know if I should wait longer, so I send this third email to IMPORTS 
and HOT mailing-lists. Hope that somebody can give me some information 
and/or check the import wiki page to give any comment/advise if

</div>This is about the 18 rural communities of Saint-Louis region, Senegal, and their admin center. Data has been released by ARD-STL (Agence Régionale de Développement - Saint-Louis). This is great and I'd like to begin as soon as possible.<br>
