we recently had kinda like DDOS attack from the IP subnet 197.239.66.0 which<br>

To help maintain service availability we introduced a limit of 10 requests per<br>
second per single IP address. This should not impact normal service usage.<br>

In the case you see a HTTP 503 response - Service Unavailable, please report it<br>
as soon as possible.<br>
