Mobaye is the capital city of the Basse-Kotto prefecture, and one of the 3 still remaining unmapped in OSM because it is not covered by high res Bing imagery, as shown by the blue areas on <a href="http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/central-african-republic-mapping-progress_3868">this uMap</a>. </div>
<div>And according to <a href="http://reliefweb.int/map/central-african-republic/central-african-republic-who-has-sub-officebase-where-28-march-2014">OCHA WhoWhatWhere</a> map, it hosts humanitarian organizations.</div><div>
Amadou (who coordiantes now this Activation with me) will trace the residential area and create a TM job for the crowd. Is there any required aknowledgement we need to put regarding the imagery? </div><div>Thanks again!</div>
