<p dir="ltr">Have you also sent comments directly to the government? You said you were collecting responses, is that in form other than "this is bad". I am no expert on India but some of my other contacts on my trip this week have said they are looking for ways to make suggestions of a better approach (I am not sure what this would be).</p>
