<p dir="ltr">Portable apps appears to be hosted on Sourceforge which has changed hands recently and no most packages come with adware that installs on you computer as part of the package.  Also I was never able to get it to pass through the link from the tile in browser to JOSM.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Normally I prefer windows but in this instance I suspect Linux on a bootable USB might be better.</p>
