</div><br>Yes.</div><div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">I don't think it's a good idea to import some BINs and others not. I'm assuming for now that these placeholder BINs will turn out to be useful as a rough reference point for future updates, for NYC gov to look up buildings internally and potentially for anyone else trying to interrelate NYC gov information with OSM.</div>
