Hey, I missed this thread earlier and found it in the archives. Antonio
is right on for how the admin boundaries work for Honduras. This is
from a public domain official source as well. The local community isn't
organized but there has been some good work by the folks there who are
active. <br>

As a contributor to this area, I +1 this and am happy to help move this
forward.<br>

This is a big deal for Honduras and their use of OSM - especially in
terms of use in risk assessment and disaster response.<br>

- Barrios y Colonias (to be admin level 10)
Iceland, Guatemala, Lebanon and Mexico are examples of using admin level 6 to Municipios, and I think we have to acknowledge each country is different, very difficult to try to model one after another
So about local community, yeah well its almost non existing but I will wait a few weeks to see <span><span></span></span>if anyone has anything to say
