<font color="#000000" face="Arial"><span style="line-height:17.25px;white-space:pre-wrap">After running the validation tool in JOSM very few errors were found.   Many of these errors were fixed.  Others were ignored for various reasons (such as being outside of DC, or JOSM would not allow a fix).</span></font></p>
