Note that due to the extensive existing OSM road data in Norway, this is a purely manual import (as detailed on the Wiki page). Existing roads will have their geometry and tags updated to match the dataset, and new roads are only copied/pasted manually on a road-by-road if there is some other confirmation that the roads actually exist (local knowledge, aerial imagery, etc.). We thus expect this will take quite some time and are eager to get started.
