The license on that page is for non-commercial use only. Because it
discriminates by field of use, it's not an open license and cannot
be used as a data source by OSM. Before doing any other work on the
import, I'd see if you have a chance at getting them to release the
data under a different license. If you don't, there's no point to
doing other work on it.<br>
