I've read the messages in the github channel and many people consider this import a promising one, although pointing out several issues to overcome.<br>

To go forward, you have to discuss it first with the Indian OSM community and write a wiki, as per the Import Guidelines [1].<br>
<br>
In the wiki you should point to the license, describe in detail the workflow, tagging, etc.<br>
<br>
Please not that users need to use a dedicated OSM account, whatever their number.<br>
<br>
When we have the OK of the Indian OSM community and the wiki, we can finally check it here before starting the import.<br>
