are the requirements?<br><br>If its to allow people to order goods then
you need something understood outside the local area. OLC codes have
the benefit they are well understood by delivery companies. If you go
OLC then the lat and long are already on the map. It's just a different
way of saying lat and long.<br><br>If its to associate a particular
plot code with a building or plot then could you just add a tag to the
existing building?<br><br>Do you want to map the plots independently of
the buildings?<br><br>How will it display? I know we don't map for the
render but not everyone wants to use JOSM so what device or printed map
will they use?<br><br>Looking at the imagery I don't see a lot of
unmapped buildings. Some are HOT project mapped so the shapes might

shapefile of all property boundaries with stand number attributes to
OSM. This
will greatly improve the geocoding possibilities for Kariba residents. </span></p>
