The fact that you're importing manually should alleviate any issue with duplicates.<div><br></div><div>What's your plan when OSM and your dataset conflict? <p>The SAU (similar to national geographic institute, in French
Polynesia) has requested my support to import some of their data
into OSM. We have the licence agreement ok.<br>

<p>We plan to start a first pilot with the commune of Arue, in order
to test the quality of our import process and improve it if
needed.<br>
</p>
<p>We would be very happy if you could bring your constructive
inputs about this, please have a look at wiki page dedicated for
that, you will find the data transformation scheme we used.</p>
