let me say this very bluntly: The community consultation process of an <br>
import cannot be resolved by the would-be importer "intimately taking a <br>
stand" on something or "begging to differ". If you cannot find broad <br>
support in the community for proceeding with the import, and you proceed <br>
anyway, then your import will be promptly removed from OSM.<br>
