(I write here partially to be sure that I am not misinterpreting LWG<br></div><div dir="auto">decision)<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I want to use Orlen data via AllThePlaces dataset that adds no<br></div><div dir="auto">copyright restrictions. So I will obtain data from<br></div><div dir="auto"><a href="https://www.alltheplaces.xyz/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.alltheplaces.xyz/</a> (<br></div><div dir="auto"><a href="https://alltheplaces-data.openaddresses.io/runs/2024-01-20-13-32-00/output/orlen.geojson" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://alltheplaces-data.openaddresses.io/runs/2024-01-20-13-32-00/output/orlen.geojson</a><br></div><div dir="auto">to be more specific).<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">This is my initial attempt and I want to use ATP data to <br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">- locate places where there is fuel station not mapped in OSM (by<br></div><div dir="auto"> comparing OpenStreetMap data and AllThePlaces data)<br></div><div dir="auto">- confirm locations with aerial imagery skipping cases where fuel<br></div><div dir="auto"> station is not visible on aerial imagery<br></div><div dir="auto">- add fuel stations based on aerial imagery and with names based on ATP<br></div><div dir="auto"> (maybe also opening hours and brand tags?)<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I may ask others for help but I expect that volume of useful data will<br></div><div dir="auto">be low.<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Currently there are 258 Orlen stations without nearby amenity=fuel in OSM.<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">In cases where fuel station will not be visible in aerial imagery I<br></div><div dir="auto">will skip it. (I already found some quite surprising cases, it is<br></div><div dir="auto">definitely not suitable for an automated import)<br></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I am also considering locating cases where Orlen data locates Orlen<br></div><div dir="auto">fuel station but OSM has other name - it is likely that we have<br></div><div dir="auto">outdated data but it would need checking for wrong data (maybe old<br></div><div dir="auto">branding is still present? Maybe there are multiple fuel stations in<br></div><div dir="auto">one place?)<br></div> </body>
