[josm-dev] Using locally stored tiles with JOSM Imagery

Thanks for the immediate help. I didn't think that it's that simple. Adding 
" tms:file:///D:/OSM/osm_then" in the URL field and "19" in the Zoom field
did the job.

I would like to add this to the Wiki. Please let me know to which page it
should go.
