I was merely making the point that OSM's new license can rely on the same legal foundation that TeleAtlas uses. I'm reasonably sure they don't rely on trade secrets, since thousands of people have access to their data.<br>

</div></div>Why would they if they have trade secret on their side. Their<br>
situation is entirely different from ours. They're not building a free<br>
world map. We do. They're not fighting our battle in court. And if<br>
they were, then I am sure I wouldn't be the only one to feel that<br>
they've landed on the wrong side somehow.<br>
