OSM or better the OSMF decided to exspell all former contributers from<br>
further contributing. As a lot of contributers fear the loss of data<br>
my guess is that the OSMF will delay the deletion of data and final<br>
switch to ODBL ad infinitum, until all data has been "white washed" through<br>
later modifications.<br>
