<p>That is IMHO, not a particularly good template, and is a
classical example of a page that should have been deleted instead
of leaving it around to confuse. The examples on
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/GettingPermission">https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/GettingPermission</a> are a
bit better (the page is badly named that is why it is not found),
but you need to piece together the relevant bits.<br>
