I thought the purpose of this list was to open discussions on local<br>

Also can someone please help me in getting a reply from the OSM-F<br>
board, I'm asking permission to use OpenStreetMap in the name of a<br>
local entity and haven't even received a reply for or against, or even<br>
we're thinking about it.<br>
