Hi all,<br><br clear="all">In about 1.5 hours from now a new meeting of Local Chapters is planned.<br><br>I would like to discuss membership and votingrights today.<br>The following questions come to mind:<br>- Are members of a chapter also members of the Foundation?<br>
- If so, how does that work? <br>         E.g. Do we have a centralized membership system (becoming member of the Foundation, automaticly makes you member of the local chapter (if exsist))?<br><br>- Does a Chapter has the right of vote in Foundation votes (eg election of board members, election about licenses, etc) <br>
