Hello everyone,<br><br>As discussed in the April 19-20 IRC meeting[1], I have created a draft requirements for OSMF local chapters on the wiki[2].<br><br>As mentioned, this is still a draft and needs more input from the community, especially from chapters-to-be. As such, comments, reactions, and suggestions are welcome now in this email thread.<br>
