Guess there will be more discussions on this mailing list after the pending issues are clarified, and existing local chapters resuming to use this mailing list...<br>

For the start, i will be grateful if i can get the answers to the above 3 questions.<br>

As Daniel says,(Was the discussion at the 2012 SOTM conference in Tokyo?), if there was no "consensus" in the last OSMF Board meeting, i/we shall be looking forward to reaching one, in the upcoming meeting(s).<br>
