        I came back a few weeks ago from an internship in Senegal with the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team.<br /> 
        <br /> 
        During the time we spent there we did a lot of workshops and presentations on OSM and gathered around 120 e-mail addresses from the local participants.<br /> 
        <br /> 
        We would like to create a talk-sn mailing list, so all those people can coordinate their work on OSM easier.<br /> 
        <br /> 
        Could you please tell me how to proceed or who to contact in order to create this list ?<br />
