[Merkaartor] Okay to add more map icons as svn:externals?

You're welcome. But be careful, wildcard matching is much more slower than
exact matching. I've done some code optimisation to decrease number of
matchings (from 200 000 to 15 000 for an area near my house). But keep in
mind that increase number of rules will decrease overall performance
(matching is done only one time when the area is downloaded after xml
parsing).
