[Merkaartor] Patch: Remember last selected preferences tab page

With this patch, the last selected tab page in the preferences dialogue
is selected again when the window is opened within the session. (It's
not stored over an application restart.)

This also has the side effect that the application always starts with
the first tab page, not like before the second page (which is the
current setting from the PreferencesDialog.ui file - may be my fault or
a temporary issue though).
