[Merkaartor] Select with Tab key: Moving does not work then

When you place two nodes at the same position, e.g. by breaking apart
two roads, you can select one node by clicking on it. Hovering it, the
mouse cursor turns into the move arrow. (With Separate Move mode
disabled.) You can select the other node by pressing the Tab key. But
this time, the mouse cursor does not turn into the arrow and you cannot
move the other node. The Tab key selection has less use in this case.

Also, selecting nearby objects with the Tab key seems like a random
selection to me. I haven't investigated this further yet. It's just what
I felt when testing what I've written about in the Merkaartor documentation.
