[Merkaartor] no images on FreeBSD

  Hi,

  I've got merkaartor installed on FreeBSD via port. It appeared that
it has problems with displaying images as raster layer.

It doesn't draw Yahoo imagery, although it successfully downloads images
from network, according to tcpdump. No errors reported in stdout or stderr.

Also, opentopomap and openaerialmap images are not working, however          
it reports that image loading failed:

NETWORK_PIXMAP_ERROR: 

It appears that Qt's method that loads pixmap didn't work.

I've contacted the port maintainer, and he confirms, that he has same
problems. He just doesn't use Yahoo and others as raster layer.

I am lame in C++, thus can't do a decent bug hunting. May be developers
can provide me some hints?
