[Merkaartor] [Merkaartor - Support #3255] Windows CE

I'll reply on the list as it might be interesting for all:

I'm currently building a mobile Ui around merkaartor. It's focus will
probably be to record tracks and POI but the goal is to keep the same
codebase, so all of merkaartor would be available on mobile.

Now:
1) I don't have a WinCE anymore
2) Win CE as a platform is as dead as symbian (even more, as WP7 is out)
3) I don't know the status of CE in Qt, especially since Qt got bought by
Nokia, with a *very* strong focus on symbian

So, to summarize:
- Watch for an annoucement of a mobile version of Merkaartor in the coming
weeks.
- There will be symbian binaries (as it is the phone I have today)
- It *might* run on CE but I really have no idea
- As there is a independant project to port Qt on Android, it *might* run
there, too
- I'll remove the CE part from the Wiki; The POC I did a while ago was
without proper Ui, just a recompile of merkaartor on CE, and unusable as
such.
