Is it specific to one file or generic for all NMEA?

I can confirm that NMEA import works fine in the latests SVN, at least with the NMEA generated from my GPS (and as it only produces NMEA, I should know...)

Could you place an example of your NMEA somewhere.

- Chris -

2008/7/3 Günter Dannoritzer <dannoritzer@web.de>:

Hi,

I am using Merkaartor under openSUSE 10.3 from the openSUSE build
service. The rpm package I used originally was based on the svn version
from 2008-05-03. Opening .nmea files with that version worked just fine.

Now I updated with an rpm from a different build service project and use
Merkaartor based on svn r8262. What I like about that new version is
that it is now possible to open several trace files at once, but
unfortunately I cannot open .nmea files anymore. When I try to open a
.nmea file I get a message window with the headline "No valid file" and
the message "<filename> could not be opened".

Did that got fixed in the meantime or can somebody verify that as a
still valid error?

Thanks and cheers,

Guenter
