Indeed. But can't you revert the changeset yourself? There is no doubt<br>
that the changeset should be reversed, but that may generate some<br>
conflicts that need to be resolved, so it is probably best if it's done<br>
by a mapper working in the area.<br>

Maybe you'd like to try the new revert function in JOSM and report back how it worked. I never used it myself but I'd be curious if the average mapper (tm) can revert changesets with it.<br>
